1. Definitions

  • “We”, “Us”, “NCL” – National Care Link, based in the United Kingdom with operational services in Zimbabwe.
  • “You”, “Client” – The individual booking or paying for services, including UK-based diaspora clients.
  • “Patient” – The individual receiving care services in Zimbabwe.
  • “Healthcare Professional” – Doctors, nurses, allied professionals, or specialists linked through NCL.
  • “Services” – Any medical, nursing, home-based care, or related support booked through NCL.

2. Scope of Services

NCL provides:

  • Home-based medical visits
  • Nursing services
  • Investigations, lab tests, and diagnostics
  • Medication & prescription support
  • Specialist referrals
  • Coordination and communication with families abroad

We coordinate and facilitate, but the actual service is delivered by qualified, independent healthcare professionals.

3. Booking & Appointments

  • All bookings must be made through our website, WhatsApp line, or official contact channels.
  • Appointment availability depends on region, professional availability, and service type.
  • Emergencies may be prioritised but cannot be guaranteed.
  • You must provide accurate patient information for correct service delivery.

4. Payments

  • Payments are made in advance through approved platforms such as WorldRemit, EcoCash, or other methods indicated by NCL.
  • A booking is only confirmed after payment has been received.
  • Prices may vary based on location, service type, and professional availability.
  • Payments are non-refundable once a healthcare professional has been dispatched.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made before dispatch may be eligible for a partial refund or full reschedule.
  • Once the healthcare professional is en route, the service is considered delivered.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

  • NCL ensures all professionals are vetted, licensed, and insured.
  • NCL is not liable for:
    • clinical decisions made by the healthcare professional,
    • outcomes of medical treatments,
    • delays caused by travel, weather, emergencies, or third-party factors.
  • All clinical responsibility rests with the healthcare professional providing the service.

7. Patient Safety & Conduct

  • Patients must adhere to safety guidelines provided by the healthcare professional.
  • Aggressive or unsafe environments may lead to immediate service termination with no refund.
  • The healthcare professional has the right to refuse treatment if patient safety is at risk.

8. Medical Emergencies

NCL does not replace emergency services.If the patient is in critical condition, you must contact local emergency services immediately.9. Privacy & ConfidentialityWe are committed to protecting your information.

  • All patient data is handled securely and confidentially.
  • Information may only be shared with healthcare professionals or when required by law.
  • By using our services, you consent to NCL storing and processing your data for coordination purposes.

10. Changes to Terms

NCL may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

The updated version will be posted on our website with the revised date.
