Mutukwa Milton Sakutukwa, CEO

Milton is the founder and CEO of National Care Link. Prior to founding National Care Link, Milton founded FirstCol Services Ltd, a renowned Staffing and Recruitment Agency based in the UK.

FirstCol is an International Standards Organisation (ISO) 9001:2015 accredited company operating an audited Quality Management System. Through this we deliver value and present ourselves as a strong organisation providing Homecare services delivered to International Standards.

Through FirstCol we have built a reliable healthcare staffing service specialising in supplying Nurses, Health Care Assistants and Allied Health Care staff including Doctors and Cleaners throughout the UK.

FirstCol’s Home Care division is a leading Homecare provider in the South East Region of the United Kingdom and was established in 2006. FirstCol Homecare is run and managed by care professionals and Registered Nurses and has been built around the passion to care.

As a Zimbabwean family living in the Diaspora Milton experienced a challenge in finding a Doctor, Nurse or Specialist healthcare professional to help deliver private healthcare at affordable prices as well as a service he could trust to get the job done. This combined with years of nursing and care experience we decided to find a solution to a problem that affects millions of Zimbabweans in the Diaspora. We are able to truly understand and deliver on the needs of our Diaspora clients.

Life in the diaspora brings both opportunity and responsibility. Many Zimbabweans abroad carry the weight of caring for loved ones back home, often while navigating life on their own.
