Paying for services is very simple, fast and secure through WorldRemit direct into our eco-cash account. With this online payment system you can send money online anytime, from anywhere in the world. Sending money to National Care Link through WorldRemit is quick, simple and secure. Please follow these three easy stages on WorldRemit after setting up your free WorldRemit Account.

STEP 1
Select Zimbabwe as the country you are sending money to, select Mobile Money Transfer as the method you would like National Care Link to receive the money and how much you want to send. WorldRemit will indicate their fees and guaranteed exchange rates.
STEP 2
Add National Care Link as a recipient by entering our name, address and other relevant information including our EcoCash account number (Details provided on placing a booking).
STEP 3
Send money by deciding how you would like to pay for the transfer then confirm the amount. Both you and National Care Link will get notifications by SMS/e-mail when the money is sent and received.

Personalised follow‑up dates are given after each consultation, based on test results, treatment course, and routine monitoring.
Specialised cases, such as surgery, follow‑up is arranged in line with recommended NICE guidance to ensure safe recovery and continuity of care.
Ongoing engagement matters — while it is common to disengage once feeling better, often due to cost or lack of knowledge, this can negatively affect long‑term outcomes.
Support and reassurance are always available. We provide clear information and compassionate guidance so clients understand the importance of staying connected to their care journey.

Medication Delivery
Prescription Issued by an NCL Doctor
When a client is seen by one of our National Care Link doctors, a prescription is issued immediately.
The client can take this prescription to any pharmacy of their choice.
However, we understand the challenges many families face:
- Relatives abroad often need time to arrange payment
- Pharmacies may not have all prescribed items in stock
- Clients may need to visit multiple pharmacies to complete their medication list
We remove these barriers.
Seamless Pharmacy Coordination
National Care Link has established partnerships with trusted, reliable pharmacies.
With the client’s permission, we can:
- Coordinate directly with our partner pharmacies
- Ensure all prescribed items are sourced
- Arrange for the diaspora relative to pay securely and promptly
This means no delays, no pharmacy-to-pharmacy searching, and no stress for the client.
Prescriptions From Any Doctor
Even if the prescription was not issued by an NCL doctor, we can still help.
If a client is struggling to find their medication or complete their prescription, they can send it to us.
Our team will:
- Verify the prescription
- Source the medication through our partner network
- Arrange payment with the relative abroad
Home Delivery (Optional)
For added convenience, once we have the prescription and the medication is ready, we can deliver it directly to the client’s home for a small delivery fee.
